Key responsibilities
- Contribute to concept design, design development and detailed documentation
- Manage projects through all phases, including in office administration
- Coordinate consultants and liaise directly with clients
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentation material
- Produce detailed construction documentation – ArchiCAD
- Navigate local council approval processes
Skills and experience
- Solid experience in bespoke single-residential design
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and documentation
- Proficient in ArchiCAD (essential)
- Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
- Self-directed, proactive and capable of managing team members
- Relevant degree in Architecture
- Full working rights in Australia
