- Ability to work in project team and work independently
- Understanding of construction detailing and documentation
- Working through all stages, managing deliverables across multiple projects at once
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, positive and engaging personality

Skills and experience

- Relevant Architecture Qualifications
- Operating at a level similar to 3-5 years’ professional practice experience
- Experience on high-quality houses and apartments
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Portfolio demonstrating excellent design skills
- Excellent attention to detail, documentation and detailing ability




- Outstanding communication skills (written, visual, verbal) and a collaborative nature - confidence, ambitious, and personable
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working with clients and consultants
