Commercial Cleaner / Housekeeper

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner / Housekeeper to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining clean, hygienic and presentable commercial and residential spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties.
- Perform laundry tasks including washing, drying and folding.
- Vacuum, mop, sweep and clean floors and surfaces.
- Maintain reception presentation, cleanliness and professional appearance standards.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens and common areas.
- Dust, wipe and sanitise furniture, fixtures and high-touch areas.
- Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Clean windows and glass surfaces as required.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report low stock.
- Follow cleaning schedules, procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Use cleaning chemicals, equipment and products safely and correctly.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Report any damage,



maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor.
- Work independently and as part of a team when required.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients and staff.

Skills & Requirements

- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform cleaning duties.
- Robust understanding of hygiene and safety practices.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Police check and/or relevant licences may be required depending on the workplace.
