We are seeking a motivated Workshop/ Production Manager for our SMART Fyshwick location.

In this role you'll oversee daily workshop operations, drive productivity and quality standards, and lead a team of trade-qualified technicians to deliver efficient, high-quality repairs.

If you're an experienced leader within the collision repair industry who is passionate about people, safety, and delivering outstanding results, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday with a great, supportive Repair Centre Manager & team.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous management experience within the collision repair industry (essential)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Solid organisational and time management skills




- Ability to set priorities, delegate effectively, and meet deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- A demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
- Trade qualifications in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (highly regarded)
