Our Opportunity

Living Gems delivers high-quality residential homes within 12–16 weeks, so experience in production, volume or high-paced residential construction is highly valued.

We’re building a strong site team to support the delivery of Harris Crossing, and are seeking people at different levels of construction leadership:

Site Supervisor

Work alongside the Site Manager to coordinate daily construction activities, trades, deliveries, quality, safety and sequencing to keep the project moving.

Leading Hand

Take a hands-on role coordinating trades and labourers, organising daily activities, monitoring workmanship and supporting the Site Supervisor and Site Manager.

Your level of appointment will depend on your experience, qualifications and leadership capability.

What You’ll Bring

- QBCC Supervisor Licence (essential for Site Supervisor)
- Trade qualification (carpentry preferred)
- Proven experience in production/volume residential construction




- Strong people leadership, planning, and communication skills
- OH&S; knowledge and commitment to safety
- Tech confidence (construction software)
- A valid driver’s licence
- Proactive, hands-on approach. Someone who leads from the front
