About the Role:

Juniper is seeking caring and reliable Community Support Workers to join our Home and Community Care team across Perth’s northern suburbs, including Hamersley, Girrawheen and Marangaroo

In this role, you will support older Western Australians to remain living independently in their own homes, assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and social support. You will play an significant role in helping customers maintain their independence, wellbeing, and connection to their community.

Positions Available:

We currently have a permanent part-time opportunity available, with shifts across Monday-Friday and between 8:00am and 5:00pm, depending on service requirements. The successful candidate must be available during these times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care including showering, dressing and continence support
- Assist customers with activities of daily living




- Support customers with medication administration (training provided)
- Assist with domestic tasks, including meal preparation and household support
- Provide social support, including transport to appointments or shopping
- Follow and document care in accordance with individual care plans

Key Requirements:

- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Previous experience providing personal care in aged care or community care
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team
- A genuine commitment to supporting older people to live independently
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care
- Dementia care experience
- Current First Aid Certificate
