About the role:

Juniper Hillcrest in Geraldton are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our supportive team in a Permanent Full-Time position working Monday to Friday 0830-1630.

As a Physiotherapist at Juniper Hillcrest, you will work closely with residents, families and the broader care team to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services that enhance quality of life and support positive health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments, create personalized care plans, and implement effective strategies for your clients
- Design individual and group exercise programs to keep clients motivated and engaged
- Provide equipment assessments and recommendations to promote independence and well-being
- Collaborate with clients, families,



and caregivers to ensure the best outcomes
- Maintain accurate records to ensure seamless care coordination
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team and Therapy Assistants

Key Requirements:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience in physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning and service delivery
- Robust clinical reasoning, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Sound computer skills and experience maintaining accurate clinical records

- Competitive hourly rate starting from $44.53 to $61.58 per hour, depending on experience, plus superannuation
