Crystalbrook Sam is preparing to open its doors in Adelaide, and we are looking for talented Spa Therapists to join us as we create an experience centred around thoughtful luxury, genuine connection and memorable moments.

This is an opportunity to be part of something from the beginning. You will join a new team, help establish the rhythm and personality of our spa experience and deliver treatments that allow our guests to genuinely switch off, reset and leave feeling renewed.

We are looking for therapists who combine technical expertise with warmth, intuition and an exceptional eye for detail.

The opportunity

As a Spa Therapist, you will create highly personalised experiences for our guests through a range of professional treatments and wellbeing services.

You will:

- Deliver exceptional massage, body and beauty treatments tailored to each guest
- Conduct thoughtful guest consultations and recommend treatments and products based on individual needs
- Create a calm, welcoming and beautifully considered experience from arrival through to departure
- Maintain exceptional treatment room presentation, hygiene and spa standards
- Build genuine rapport with guests while respecting their individual preferences and privacy
- Confidently recommend appropriate spa products and future treatments
- Support bookings, guest enquiries and the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa
- Work collaboratively with your fellow therapists and the wider hotel team
- Help establish the culture, service standards and guest experience of a brand-new Eleme Spa within Crystalbrook Sam





What will make you shine:

You are naturally warm, polished and attentive, with the ability to understand what a guest needs without overcomplicating the experience.

You will ideally bring:

- A Diploma in massage, beauty therapy or a related discipline
- Previous experience within a spa, luxury hotel, resort or premium beauty environment
- Confidence delivering a range of massage and body treatments
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- A genuine interest in wellbeing, beauty and creating meaningful guest experiences
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Current Australian working rights

Experience within a luxury environment is welcomed, but equally important is your ability to connect with people, work collaboratively and bring genuine care to every treatment.
