DNA Recruitment is looking for experienced Traffic Controllers and Team Leaders to join our growing team and work across Melbourne's roadworks, construction, infrastructure and event projects.

Traffic Controller - $37.99/hr
Team Leader - $39.03/hr

Ordinary Casual Rates

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You'll play an important role in keeping workers, motorists, pedestrians and worksites safe across a range of projects.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Directing traffic using Stop/Slow bats
- Managing traffic around construction and roadwork sites
- Implementing and monitoring Traffic Management Plans
- Identifying hazards and maintaining safe work zones
- Managing pedestrian and cyclist movements




- Setting up, loading and unloading traffic equipment
- Monitoring traffic conditions and reporting hazards or incidents
- Working alongside Team Leaders, Foremen, Inspectors and Auditors

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

We're looking for candidates with:

- Current TC2, TMI 2 and TMI 3 accreditation
- White Card
- Previous Traffic Management experience
- Availability to work weekdays, nights, weekends and call-outs
- TMA qualification highly desirable
