We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Welders and Machine Operators to join an established manufacturing operation based in Prestons, NSW.

The company specialises in the manufacture and fabrication of industrial steel products, including grating, walkways, platforms, handrails and safety barrier systems used across major industrial, construction, mining and infrastructure projects.

Positions Available

2 x Machine Operators

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing machinery and equipment used in the production of steel products.

Key responsibilities include:

- Operating and monitoring production machinery

- Loading and unloading steel materials

- Setting and adjusting machinery as required

- Measuring and checking products to specifications

- Performing quality checks throughout production

- Maintaining a clean and secure work area

- Following workplace safety and production procedures

- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

1 x Welder

The Welder will be responsible for welding and fabricating steel components used in the manufacture of industrial grating and related products.

Key responsibilities include:

- MIG welding steel components

- Welding grating, frames, banding bars and other fabricated steel products





- Reading and working from drawings and measurements

- Cutting, fitting and preparing steel components

- Checking welds and finished products for quality

- Ensuring work is completed accurately and to specification

- Following safe work practices and site procedures

- Maintaining a clean and organised work area

What's on Offer
- $38 per hour

- Immediate start

- Day shift

- Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm

- Friday: 6:00am - 12:00pm

- Early finish every Friday

- Ongoing work with an established manufacturing company

- Experienced in manufacturing, fabrication, welding or machine operation

- Reliable and punctual

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

- Able to follow instructions and work to specifications

- Available for an immediate start

Previous experience in steel manufacturing, fabrication or industrial production will be highly regarded.

Location: Prestons, NSW
Pay Rate: $38 per hour
