Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide helpful service in person, over the phone and via email
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders and follow up on customer enquiries
- Build lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and helping them find the right products
- Keep stock organised and product displays well presented
- Assist with receiving deliveries, handling stock and maintaining accurate inventory
- Work closely with the team to keep the branch running smoothly

About You

- Experience in customer service, internal sales, trade counter sales, warehousing, stores, logistics or a related environment
- A friendly,



confident communicator who enjoys helping customers
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new products and skills
- Reliable and comfortable sharing both customer service and hands-on duties
- Good computer skills, attention to detail and the ability to stay organised
- Ability to safely perform manual handling duties
