You will work alongside experienced HR consultants who will help you build your confidence, judgement and commercial thinking.

The next you might be involved in a restructure, recruitment project, leadership workshop, remuneration review, employment contract, HR strategy or a completely unexpected people problem.

What you might be doing You could be:

- Supporting managers through employee relations and performance matters
- Helping clients interpret Awards and employment obligations




- Sitting in on client meetings and learning how experienced consultants approach complex situations
- Drafting contracts, letters, policies and practical HR documentation
- Helping deliver restructures and organisational change
- Working on recruitment, remuneration, engagement and people projects
- Coaching managers through difficult conversations
- Researching a problem and coming back with a practical recommendation
- Working with clients across completely different industries and stages of growth
- Gradually taking ownership of your own client relationships

You will not be expected to know everything on day one.

Who we think will be great You might currently be an:
HR Coordinator | People & Culture Coordinator | HR Advisor | People Advisor | Junior HRBP
Your title matters much less to us than your potential.
We are looking for someone who:

- Has solid HR foundations and wants to build on them
- Is confident enough to have a conversation with a manager, even if you are still developing your advisory skills
- Is naturally curious and likes figuring things out
- Asks good questions instead of simply following a process
- Wants to understand how businesses actually work
- Has good judgement and common sense
- Can write clearly and communicate like a human
- Likes variety and gets energy from learning current things
- Is comfortable asking for help when you need it
- Wants feedback and genuinely wants to improve
- Can manage competing priorities and keep things moving
- Brings ideas, energy and personality to a team

You absolutely do not need consulting experience- this we can teach.
