Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with OpenText experience to support requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation for an OpenText implementation project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Analyse current processes and recommend improvements
• Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process maps
• Support OpenText implementation by working closely with functional and technical teams
• Assist with testing, validation, and user training
Required Skills & Experience:
• Experience working as a Business Analyst on OpenText projects
• Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills
• Experience in document or content management platforms preferred
• Robust stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in government projects preferred
• Baseline Security Clearance required
