Zylo is working with a well established and forward-thinking law firm committed to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We are seeking a talented and dedicated Paralegal to join their Wills & Estates team.

Position Summary:

As a Paralegal in their Wills & Estates department, you will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys with a variety of legal matters related to estate planning, probate, and administration.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as wills, powers of attorney, and trusts
- Assisting with probate proceedings, including filing necessary documents and attending court hearings
- Managing client files and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals

Qualifications:





- Previous experience working as a Wills and Estates Paralegal
- Solid understanding of estate planning and probate law
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in legal software and database systems
