As a Quantitative Analyst, your role includes designing current and innovative trading algorithms/strategies and applying your data science/machine learning knowledge to analyse performance and identify potential improvements.

As a Data Platforms Engineer, you will be designing and implementing improvements to our state-of-the-art cloud distributed data platform and machine learning system which powers our strategies and facilitates analysis and trading operations. Work as part of a team of experienced and highly intelligent engineers to produce targeted and effective advancements to our systems.

As a C++ Developer, you will be developing high performance,



low-latency solutions to further our trading system and the algorithms that enable us to make intelligent trading decisions automatically at the microsecond scale.

Job requirements

Quantitative Analyst

You will have a strong mathematics/statistics background, a history of problem solving, be comfortable with data analysis in Python and familiar with Linux. Other highly regarded experience:

- Any kind of trading (although not required)
- Data science

Data Platforms Engineer

Python systems development experience is essential. Other highly regarded experience:

- Large-scale distributed computing - platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP
- Backend (non-GUI) systems development, particularly involving data analysis and transformation.
- SQL Database time series data processing and analysis
- Machine learning knowledge and experience
- Data analysis and results presentation

C++ Developer

You will have experience with C++, particularly in Linux-based applications and be a strong problem solver. Other highly regarded experience:
- Low level wire-protocols, Google protocol buffers
- Deep understanding of 3rd party APIs
