About the role:

- Managing and running a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters
- Acting in proceedings across the NSW Courts and Federal Courts
- Advising on commercial disputes, insolvency, insurance and building & construction matters
- Preparing pleadings, evidence, submissions and other court documents
- Managing matters from initial instructions through to resolution
- Appearing in court and working closely with counsel, experts and clients
- Potential exposure to disputes before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT)

The ideal candidate:

- Associate to Senior Associate level, approximately 3-10 years’ QPE, with Special Counsel level candidates also considered
- Predominantly experienced in litigation and dispute resolution
- Strong knowledge of the practice and procedure of the NSW and Federal Courts




- Hands-on experience managing and running litigation matters
- Experience across insolvency, insurance, building & construction, general or commercial litigation will be highly regarded
- NCAT experience will also be viewed favorably
