About the Role

As an Educator, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging play-based experiences and positive relationships with families and colleagues.

What You Will Be Doing

- Building warm, responsive, and respectful relationships with children and families
- Planning and implementing engaging learning experiences that support children's development
- Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Observing, documenting, and reflecting on children's learning and progress
- Working collaboratively with a supportive team of educators and leaders
- Promoting children's wellbeing, confidence, and sense of belonging
- Supporting daily routines and ensuring high standards of care and supervision
- Upholding childcare policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What We Are Looking For
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
- Certificate III,



Diploma, or working towards a relevant Early Childhood qualification
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, reliable, and professional approach
- Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
