About the Role

1300Hoarding, part of Ready Industries, is looking for a reliable and hardworking Hoarding Installer to join our team based in Derrimut.

This is a hands-on, site-based role where you’ll work across a variety of construction projects installing and dismantling temporary timber hoarding.

You’ll work alongside our experienced installation team, travelling to different job sites and helping ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Construct and install timber hoarding across construction sites.
- Dismantle and remove hoarding once projects are completed.
- Use hand and power tools to complete installations.
- Load and unload trucks with materials and equipment.
- Pick, pack and prepare materials for upcoming jobs.
- Work alongside Leading Hands and other installers to complete projects.
- Ensure installations meet safety, quality and site requirements.
- Communicate with site managers, drivers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Complete basic job documentation to support project completion.
- Operate a forklift when required if appropriately licensed.
- Travel between job sites as required.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is practical, reliable and comfortable working in a physical environment.

You don’t necessarily need previous hoarding experience. If you have a construction, installation, carpentry, labouring or similar hands-on background and are willing to learn, we’d like to hear from you.

You’ll ideally bring:





- Previous construction, installation or site-based experience.
- Confidence using hand and power tools.
- Good practical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- The physical fitness required for regular manual handling.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Good organisation and time-management skills.
- A current driver’s licence with a good driving record.

Previous hoarding installation experience and a current forklift licence will be highly regarded.
