Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Custom PC Builder & Sales Representative to join our retail team at our Fyshwick store in the ACT. This temporary, casual role is ideal for individuals with an interest in PC building, technology, sales, and customer service. As a Custom PC Builder & Sales Representative, you will play a key role in assembling and configuring custom-built PCs while assisting customers with their technology needs and providing product recommendations based on their requirements and budget.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble and configure custom PCs according to customer specifications.
- Test and troubleshoot hardware components to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist customers with selecting PC components, peripherals, and other technology products.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs and budget.
- Explain PC components, product features, and specifications to customers in a transparent and easy-to-understand way.




- Assist with sales enquiries and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest PC hardware, technology trends, and product offerings.

Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of PC hardware, components, and software.
- Basic PC building knowledge and an interest in computer technology.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Some experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in PC building, retail, technology, or sales is an advantage but not essential.
