We’re looking for an experienced Estate Planning Lawyer to join our Perth team and work with individuals, families and business owners across a varied range of estate and succession planning matters.

If you enjoy getting to know your clients, working through complex circumstances and providing advice that makes a genuine difference, this could be the next step you’ve been looking for.

The Role

You’ll work directly with clients to understand their personal, family and financial circumstances and develop estate planning solutions tailored to their needs.

Your practice will include:

- Wills and complex estate planning
- Testamentary trusts
- Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Enduring Powers of Guardianship
- Succession and asset protection planning
- Estate planning involving trusts, companies and other structures
- Superannuation and estate planning considerations
- Business succession planning
- Estate planning for individuals, families and business owners
- Working alongside accountants, financial advisers and other professional advisers

You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your matters while having the support and experience of the broader HHG team around you.

About You

You’ll be an experienced lawyer with 3+ years PQE and a genuine interest in helping clients plan for their future.

Technical ability is important, but so is the way you work with people. Estate planning often involves personal conversations, complex family dynamics and important decisions, so we’re looking for someone who can make clients feel comfortable, understood and confident in the advice they receive.

You’ll bring:

- Experience in estate planning, succession law or a related practice area




- Strong drafting and technical legal skills
- The ability to understand complex structures and translate them into practical advice
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A practical and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence managing your own matters and client relationships
- A cooperative mindset
- An interest in networking, business development and building your professional profile
- A desire to continue developing your expertise and career
