About the Role

As a Vehicle Production Assistant, you will provide excellent customer service, work collaboratively with the team, and support the efficient completion and handover of repaired vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, professional assistance when they arrive.
- Managing the customer vehicle drop-off process,



ensuring all required information is collected
- Taking clear and accurate photographs of vehicle damage before repairs commence.
- Providing assistance and support to customers throughout the repair process.
- Assisting customers when their vehicle is ready for collection and handover.
- Explaining the repairs and work completed to the customer at the time of collection.
- Ensuring customers are comfortable with the completed repairs and providing a high level of customer service throughout the entire experience.
- Working closely with the repair and administration teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
- Complying to health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Current Drivers Licence
- Previous experience in Automotive Industry (preferred)
- Technical knowledge of automotive structures and body repair (preferred)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to workplace safety, productivity and quality standards
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
