JD:

- Extensive experience as a Lead Cloud or VDI Engineer executing enterprise AWS WorkSpaces migrations.

- Deep technical background in identity federation, including Active Directory Connector, SAML 2.0, IAM Identity Center, and step-up MFA integration.

- Hands-on experience packaging Windows desktop applications, analyzing runtime dependencies with Procmon, and handling .NET framework deployments.

- Robust expertise in network optimization, Amazon DCV protocols, and regional latency modeling for global user cohorts.

- Familiarity with user lifecycle management, entitlement mapping, and bundle sizing methodologies.

- Architect and deploy the dual-identity federation model,



integrating internal Active Directory via AD Connector alongside external participant authentication using IAM Identity Center and SAML assertion mapping.

- Lead application packaging and golden image creation for the .NET 4.8 thick-client application, managing runtime dependencies, registry configurations, and security hardening protocols.

- Conduct performance baseline checks, Amazon DCV streaming validation, and network path latency modeling across candidate AWS regions.

- Implement entitlement lifecycle processes, mapping external user roles and access scopes directly into WorkSpaces provisioning workflows.

- Ensure strict adherence to security, audit, and compliance requirements across the AWS WorkSpaces environment.
