About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to join KOJO and lead the operational backbone of our delivery across APAC.

This role is responsible for the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of the logistics, systems, inventory and operational processes that enable KOJO to deliver world-class sport presentation, broadcast and live event experiences.

Working closely with the GM of Delivery, Head of Technical Services, Producers and Technical Managers, you’ll ensure our teams have the equipment, resources, systems and information they need to deliver safely, efficiently and on budget.

You’ll take ownership of our technical assets and logistics operations, while developing scalable systems and processes that support KOJO’s continued growth across APAC and our global portfolio.

About You

You’re an experienced operational leader who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments and solving complex logistical challenges.

You’re highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable balancing immediate operational requirements with longer-term planning. You build strong relationships across technical and production teams, suppliers and stakeholders, and you’re always looking for opportunities to make systems and processes more efficient.

You’ll bring:

- Demonstrated experience in operations, logistics, technical production, broadcast, live events or a related environment
- Strong experience managing technical assets, inventory, logistics and equipment movements
- Experience developing and improving operational systems, processes and SOPs
- Strong planning, forecasting and reporting capability
- Experience managing suppliers, procurement and equipment servicing arrangements
- Commercial awareness, including managing logistics, freight and cross-hire costs
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities across teams and locations
- A proactive approach to risk management, WHS and operational contingency planning




- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience within sport, broadcast, live events or technical production environments will be highly regarded

Key Responsibilities

- Lead asset management and technical logistics across KOJO’s APAC operations, including OB trucks, Fly Away Kits and technical equipment
- Coordinate national technical resources, equipment movements and associated travel logistics
- Track, audit and manage technical assets to ensure accurate visibility of equipment and availability
- Oversee equipment servicing, storage and maintenance schedules
- Manage forecasting and asset management systems to support forward operational planning
- Develop and continuously improve operational systems, processes and SOPs
- Drive continuous improvement across production and technical operations
- Provide utilisation, pipeline, equipment capacity and operational risk reporting to leadership
- Provide accurate forward planning of asset requirements, logistics and future purchasing opportunities
- Manage preferred supplier relationships and identify procurement efficiencies
- Manage logistics and operational freight budgets
- Manage technical cross-hire costs across projects
- Maintain high standards of WHS, risk management, compliance and operational contingency planning
- Support the onboarding of new technical team members across KOJO’s logistics and operational processes
- Work closely with Producers, Technical Managers and Technical Services to ensure teams are appropriately resourced for upcoming projects
- Model KOJO’s values and commitment to creative and operational excellence

Special Conditions

- Out-of-hours work and intrastate,



interstate and potentially international travel may be required to meet the operational requirements of the role
- Where pre-approved by your manager and in accordance with company policy, additional hours worked beyond reasonable additional hours may accrue as time in lieu
