Our valued client based in Sumner, operates a facility specialising in the manufacturing, distribution and recycling of mobile garbage bins and waste management infrastructure.

We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader - Warehouse & Logistics to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.
- Lead, motivate and support a warehouse team to achieve operational targets.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate counterbalance forklifts in accordance with safety procedures.
- Maintain a safe, efficient and productive warehouse environment.
- Assist with the coordination of stock, deliveries and warehouse activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members, drivers and management.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and company policies.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current Forklift Licence (LF) with proven counterbalance forklift experience.




- Previous warehouse and logistics experience.
- Previous Team Leader, Supervisor or leadership experience.
- Previous knowledge of, or exposure to, SAP.
- Proven experience loading and unloading trailers and trucks — essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships.
- The ability to lead, motivate and support a team.
- Strong attention to safety and operational procedures.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Ability to attend a Teams interview and/or an on-site meeting with the client prior to commencing.
