About the role

We’re seeking a driven and proactive Project Officer to join the NPWS Website and Application Redevelopment Project (WARP), helping transform one of NPWS’s most important service channels. With 40 million website visits and more than $45 million in annual revenue, this is a significant project with real reach and impact.

About You

You’ll be at the centre of project delivery, coordinating governance, stakeholder engagement and research; scheduling and minuting key meetings; tracking timelines, actions and deliverables; and preparing project documentation, reports and briefs.

This opportunity suits a motivated, organised person who learns quickly, anticipates what’s needed and gets things done. You’ll gain exposure to a complex ICT transformation, work with diverse internal and external stakeholders, and have genuine opportunities to demonstrate initiative, build capability and deliver visible results.

Essential requirements

- Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant working experience in project management.
