Synergie is seeking a practical, hands-on Fabricator or Welder to join a busy workshop producing high-quality equipment. This is a Day Shift role offering stable, long-term hours in a supportive team setting.

What You’ll Do:

- MIG welding mild steel components
- Fabrication, cutting, grinding, folding, and preparation of materials
- Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area

About You:

- Experience in fabrication and/or welding (sheetmetal experience highly regarded)
- Confident MIG welding mild steel
- Able to read and follow workshop drawings
- Experience with fabrication and sheetmetal machinery
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Shift & Pay:

- Day Shift only: Mon–Thu 6:00am–2:30pm | Fri 6:00am–12:00pm
- $40 per hour
