The Y Forestville OSHC is a welcoming, school-based Out of School Hours Care service at the heart of the Forestville community, offering Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care. We provide a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children can relax, build confidence, and feel a genuine sense of belonging beyond the school day.
Our programs are designed to spark curiosity, connection, and wellbeing through a balanced mix of active play, creative experiences, and quiet moments for reflection. Children are encouraged to explore their interests, make choices, and develop independence in a space that celebrates individuality and supports every child to thrive.
For educators and job seekers, Forestville OSHC offers a supportive, purpose-driven workplace where you can make a meaningful impact every day. Join a team-oriented team that values creativity, initiative, and genuine care, while helping children feel seen, supported, and empowered.
This role offers standard indicative scheduled hours, with additional temporary hours available to support Inclusion Support Supplement (ISS) requirements.

About the Hours

- Alignment with approved ISS funding allocations
- Responsiveness to service needs and operational requirements
- The ability to adjust hours as funding requirements evolve
- Consistently high-quality outcomes for children
- Long-term financial sustainability for the service
