Job Description Workshop Manager | Narangba | $120,000 - $150,000 + Super | Permanent

️ Opportunity: Lead a team of 10-15 diesel fitters, technicians and apprentices in a well-established workshop supporting mobile crushing and screening equipment. Take ownership of workshop operations, machine builds, hire fleet maintenance and workshop performance.

Experience: Workshop Manager, Maintenance Manager, Service Manager or Senior Workshop Supervisor from crushing & screening, quarrying, mining, earthmoving or heavy equipment backgrounds. Strong leadership, scheduling and workshop management experience required.
