Overview of the Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Scaffold Labourers to join our client’s growing team. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who are physically fit, safety-focused and keen to build a career within the scaffolding and construction industry.

You will work alongside experienced scaffolders to assist with the loading, unloading, movement, erection and dismantling of scaffolding materials across commercial, residential, civil and industrial projects throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

- Assist scaffolders with the erection, modification and dismantling of scaffolding systems
- Load, unload, carry and move scaffolding components, tools and equipment safely around site
- Assist with preparing materials and equipment for daily work activities
- Follow instructions from scaffolders, supervisors and site management
- Maintain a clean,



organised and safe work area
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with WHS legislation, site procedures and safety requirements
- Work collaboratively with scaffolders, supervisors and other trades on site
- Assist with general labouring duties as required
- Safely handle and store scaffolding materials and equipment
- Represent the company professionally on site, demonstrating reliability, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Overview of the Ideal Candidate

Requirements

- Previous labouring, scaffolding or construction experience is preferred but not essential
- Current White Card
- Current driver’s licence
- Own reliable vehicle and ability to travel to different construction sites
- Own hard hat, steel-cap work boots and high-visibility workwear
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling, lifting and working outdoors
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and develop skills within the scaffolding industry
- Previous experience on construction or industrial sites will be highly regarded
