We're looking for a People Transformation & Organisation Effectiveness Lead to support a broad range of workforce initiatives across communications, change management, organisational development and capability uplift. Working as part of the People team, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to help deliver practical, people-focused outcomes that improve how we work and support the successful adoption of change.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple initiatives, building strong stakeholder relationships and turning ideas into meaningful outcomes for leaders and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with People leaders and stakeholders to support workforce transformation, organisational effectiveness and employee experience initiatives.
- Develop and deliver communication and change management plans that support the successful implementation of People programs and business initiatives.
- Create engaging employee and leader communications, presentations, toolkits and supporting resources.
- Support stakeholder engagement, change readiness and adoption activities across a range of People projects.
- Contribute to organisational development, leadership and capability initiatives that strengthen workforce effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and digital tools to improve communication, productivity and employee experience.
- Monitor stakeholder feedback and adoption outcomes to support continuous improvement.
- Support governance, risk and compliance requirements across People initiatives and transformation activities.
About You
- Experience in change management, internal communications, organisational development, People programs or workforce transformation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across a range of teams.
- Experience supporting projects, change initiatives or business improvement programs.
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear and engaging communications.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A collaborative, pragmatic and hands-on approach to delivery.
- Interest in AI, emerging technology and workforce innovation.
- Experience working within a complex or regulated environment is beneficial but not essential.
Experience & Personal Attributes Essential Experience
- 2+ years' experience in change management, organisational development, strategic communications, transformation or HR consulting.
- Experience delivering outcomes in complex, matrixed and preferably global organisations.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide People or workforce communications.
- Strong consulting, executive engagement, facilitation and stakeholder influence capability.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams with clear priorities, dependencies, risks and outcomes.
- Proven project and program management expertise, including governance, planning, reporting and benefits tracking.
- Practical experience applying Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and data literacy, with the ability to convert quantitative and qualitative insight into action.

- Experience using AI-enabled tools or approaches to improve workforce transformation, communications, change delivery, insight or productivity.
- Understanding of digital adoption and the human factors that influence effective technology use.
- Application of human-centred design to understand user needs, test solutions and improve employee experience.
- Organisational network thinking and awareness of informal influence and adoption dynamics.
- Experience using change analytics, listening data and behavioural indicators to assess readiness and adoption.
- Exposure to employee experience design, workforce planning, service design and operating model development.
- Awareness of responsible AI, privacy, security, risk and governance considerations in workforce applications.
