ABOUT THE ROLE

As the SRF educator you will develop relationships with families allowing you to support their children through a collaborative approach to the child’s learning and wellbeing. Your day will be varied as you provide support where needed in the service

· Based at our Kangaroo Flat Service

· Set up and run experiences

· Assist educators in behavior management and Allied Health discussions

· Step into Ratio as required

· Implement SRF Menu Items

ABOUT YOU

As a qualified Early Childhood Educator with a passion for children and working in a collaborative environment you will be able to demonstrate your professionalism,



flexibility, leadership and how you incorporate First Nations perspectives in your pedagogy practice.

· Minimum of Certificate III in Early Childhood or actively working towards (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

· Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

· Approved Victorian Employer WWC Check

· Current First Aid and CPR Certificate – desirable but not essential

· Experience working with children (Desirable but not essential)

· Experience working in a kindergarten setting (Desirable but not essential)
