Commercial litigation Lawyers & Associates

- You'll work directly alongside a team of principals with deep and complementary expertise, spanning complex commercial disputes, insolvency, property and lease litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, employment and ACL matters.
- The litigation principal you'll work under is an Accredited Commercial Litigation Specialist with over 30 years' experience, having appeared in the Federal Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, and ran matters that have created legal precedents.

About the role:

- Complex commercial disputes including contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, insolvency and property litigation across all major Victorian and federal courts and tribunals.
- Lease and property disputes, ACL matters, skilled negligence and insurance litigation.
- Employment law litigation across the Fair Work Commission, VEOHRC and federal and Victorian courts, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, general protections and workplace investigations.
- ASIC and ATO compliance matters and Corporations Act disputes.
- Court appearances, mediations, conciliations and ADR across all major jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate:





- 4+ years' PQE in commercial litigation from a reputable firm.
- Solid drafting skills and a solid understanding of civil procedure across the major courts with exposure to the aforementioned practice areas.
- A team player with genuine interest in building a career at a high-end litigation boutique.
