As a valued member of our community aged care team, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps older Australians live independently in their own homes. About the role

Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices. These include:

- Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs
- Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation)
- Social connection and companionship

This is a casual position based in Metro Southwest Perth, and requires travel to clients homes, this will include areas such as Fremantle, Hamilton Hill, Treeby, Canning Vale and surrounding suburbs.

What do we need from you?

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)




- Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- Experience in care role highly regarded
