What you’ll be doing

Working closely with government agencies, community housing providers and social impact developers, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality housing projects across Victoria and South Australia.

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of social housing and SDA projects

- Maintain strong project controls across cost, programme, risk and reporting

- Manage AS-based head contracts, variations, EOTs and commercial risk

- Build trusted relationships with government, clients, consultants and key authorities

- Lead and mentor Project Coordinators, Contract Administrators and site teams, driving consistent delivery standards

- Champion a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement

- Support resource planning, project sequencing and performance reporting to drive predictable outcomes

What we need from you





- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry

- Robust working knowledge of AS-based contracts and construction regulatory and compliance requirements

- Strong commercial capability across cost control, forecasting, contract administration and risk management

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at all levels

- Proven leadership capability and a genuine interest in mentoring others, lifting standards and improving the way projects are delivered
