As a Superannuation Administrator, you'll play an important role in helping Australians achieve better financial futures. What you’ll be doing

- Keeping member account information accurate and up to date
- Helping process benefit payments and pension payroll
- Responding to member enquiries with care and professionalism
- Supporting daily banking and contribution allocations
- Assisting with onboarding new members and updating insurance details
- Learning about compliance and risk in a supportive team workplace

What you bring

You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.

Experience & Skills

- A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Organised and proactive approach to tasks
- A genuine interest in financial services and helping others

Bonus Skills (Great if You Have Them):

- RG146 compliance
- Basic understanding of superannuation
- Previous experience in admin or customer service
