Essential Recruitment & Consult have partnered with Australia's largest online pet retailer of pet foods and accessories located in Crestmead, QLD. The pet industry growth is continuously booming, and out pets are holding bigger spaces in our hearts and homes more than ever before.

Our team are seeking to fulfil the following roles immediately for our growing and evolving team based in our Brisbane Warehouse

- Pick Packers with proven experience using RF scanning, electric pallet riders, and packing in a fast-paced environment

- Forklift High Reach Operators with proven experience on counterbalance and high reach forklifts (Crown & Linde)

We have the following shifts available Monday to Friday (ongoing for the right candidate)
- DAY SHIFTS: Mon to Fri 10am to 6pm
- AFTERNOON SHIFTS: Mon to Fri 3pm to 11pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

- RF Scanning

- Operating MHE equipment in a safe and professional manner

- Dispatch

- Must be able to do repetitive heavy lifting of up to 25-30kg

- Picking a variety of pet products and accessories

- Packing pet products and accessories

- Processing orders within a timely manner

- Quality checking products and orders

- Meeting company KPI targets

- General warehousing duties





- Maintaining a clean and tidy work setting

Requirements

- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred

- Be physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties

- Must be able to be on your feet all day

- Be able to do repetitive heavy lifting up to 25-30kg

- RF scanning and electric pallet rider experience essential

- Be available 5 days a week - Monday-Friday

- Have a good work ethic and be reliable

- Be able to provide two recent references

If applying for Forklift Driver Role

- LF Forklift licence with experience and ability to pass an onsite competency test prior to commencing your first shift. You must be experienced in operating a High Reach forklift (Crown & Linde)
