About the Role
As a Casualty Claims Officer, you'll be a key member of a new and growing team. You'll support customers, manage claim lodgements, handle low-value casualty claims and work closely with experienced Casualty professionals to develop your technical knowledge and claims expertise.
You'll:
- Be the first point of contact for incoming casualty claims
- Manage a portfolio of straightforward casualty claims
- Help customers and third parties achieve fair and practical claim outcomes
- Develop your understanding of liability, negotiation and claims management
- Learn from experienced specialists within the Casualty team
- Contribute to the foundations of a new team and future operating mode
