The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Quality Manager – Product Lifecycle Management who is curious enough to challenge how we work today, commercially minded enough to understand what our stakeholders need, and technically strong enough to know where Quality must hold the line.

You’ll lead Product Lifecycle Quality across innovation, commercialisation, change management and ongoing product improvement, working closely with R&D;, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing and external partners.

What you’ll do

- Lead and develop the Product Lifecycle Quality team (7 reports)

- Build strong stakeholder partnerships and provide a responsive, solutions-focused Quality service.

- Own Product Change Control, including specifications, artwork and associated quality processes.

- Lead Product Quality Reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Simplify, standardise and improve Quality processes without compromising compliance.

- Use data,



feedback and stakeholder insights to identify better ways of working.

- Provide sound, risk-based Quality decisions and influence outcomes across the business.

- Build technical capability across the team and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

About you

You’re a Quality professional who is curious, pragmatic and solutions-focused. You enjoy working with people, solving problems and challenging the status quo.

You’ll bring:

- 5+ years’ experience in a regulated GMP, pharmaceutical, complementary medicines, food or related Quality environment.

- Strong GMP and QMS knowledge.

- Experience leading, coaching or developing people.

- Strong problem-solving, risk assessment and technical Quality skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability.

- The confidence to challenge constructively and the judgement to balance quality, compliance and business needs.
