Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor for our well-established client delivering detailed groundworks, earthworks, infrastructure upgrades and bulk civil projects throughout regional Western Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on civil leader who is looking for career progression, variety and responsibility. All whilst travelling across some of WA’s most beautiful regional locations. No two days are the same, with varied projects, rosters and environments offering a challenging and rewarding alternative to traditional mining work.

Supervisor – Civil Construction & Earthworks
Full-Time | Drive-In Drive-Out | Regional WA
$170,000 – $180,000 + Super + Allowances + Vehicle + Fuel Card

The Role: Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for managing detailed ground and earthworks projects, leading crews and coordinating day-to-day site activities from start to finish. Duties include:

- Supervise and lead civil construction crews across regional project sites.
- Manage detailed groundworks, earthworks, roadworks and bulk civil activities.
- Plan daily production, labour, plant, materials and subcontractor requirements.
- Monitor productivity, quality and project progress against expectations.
- Proactively identify and flag potential issues, risks and delays.
- Work closely with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and site teams.
- Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring and support to crews.
- Take responsibility for delivering high-quality project outcomes safely and efficiently.

What do you need to be successful in this role?
This role will suit someone who is proactive,



detail-oriented and takes ownership with the ability to identify potential issues early, understand tender expectations and find practical solutions before they impact the project. Specific requirements are:

- Civil Supervisor, Foreperson or similar experience within earthworks/civil construction
- Strong planning, scheduling and resource coordination skills
- Valuable understanding of project and tender requirements
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work across different projects, rosters and regional locations
- C Class Driver’s Licence and White Card
- Full Australian working rights
