Yama Tiling is a Melbourne-based tiling and stone benchtop business working across residential and commercial projects. We're growing, and we need a reliable, organised person to keep materials moving and our warehouse running smoothly.

About the role

You'll be the link between our warehouse and our job sites. Each day you'll load and deliver tiles, adhesives, stone benchtops and supplies to our crews across Melbourne, and you'll look after the warehouse so everything is where it should be, when it's needed.

Key responsibilities

- Daily deliveries of tiles, materials and stone benchtops to job sites across Melbourne
- Planning delivery runs with our estimators and site teams to make sure crews have what they need on time
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely, including heavy and fragile items like stone slabs and finished benchtops
- Receiving supplier deliveries, checking orders against paperwork, and reporting damage or shortages
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and protected, with stock clearly labelled and easy to find
- Tracking stock levels and flagging when materials need reordering
- Picking up materials from suppliers as needed
- Looking after the delivery vehicle, including basic checks, cleanliness and reporting maintenance issues

About you

- Current full Australian driver's licence
- Experience in delivery, warehouse, logistics or the building/trades industry




- Good knowledge of Melbourne roads, especially the south-east
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Organised, reliable and punctual, since our crews depend on you to start their day
- Good communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Construction induction White Card or willing to obtain one
- Stable full-time role in a growing business
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm with occasional Saturdays by arrangement
