Join our expanding team as a Forklift Operator at our facility based in Hemmant. You’ll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly by safely moving, loading, unloading and stacking materials throughout the plant and warehouse.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, load and unload materials.
- Complete daily pre-start inspections and routine forklift checks.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area and equipment.
- Assist with material pre-sorting and support the smooth flow of site operations.
- Identify and report hazards, equipment faults and operational issues.
- Follow all HSEQ procedures and promote a safety culture aligned with ResourceCo’s Think, Act, Be Safe philosophy.
- Work collaboratively with the wider operations team to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.

About you:

- Current Forklift Licence (mandatory).
- Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, industrial, recycling or similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
- Previous experience in recycling or waste management is desirable.
- Excavator or other High‑Risk Work Tickets are desirable but not essential.
