Toby's Estate Coffee Roasters in Fitzroy, Melbourne, is looking for a friendly hospitality-driven team member to join our casual crew. You will take orders, operate the POS, and ensure every cup of coffee and plate of food leaving our cafe meets the same high-quality standard.
We value excellent attitudes, train the crew, and believe in work-life harmony. This role offers 3 days per week, about 15–20 hours, and comes with coffee on tap and beans to take home to stay connected with the craft.
