Our Mission

The Well Team's Home Care & Garden Maintenance division provides essential household services that allow NDIS participants to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. A clean, safe home environment directly supports participant health, independence, and wellbeing.

As a Cleaning Specialist, your work is foundational to participant dignity. You treat every home with the same care you would give your own, always being respectful of participants' privacy and preferences.

Role Purpose

You will deliver scheduled domestic cleaning services to NDIS participants across Sydney. You will work to individual cleaning plans tailored to each participant's NDIS funding and home requirements, ensuring services meet both quality and compliance standards.

This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling across weekday mornings and early afternoons. You may also be asked to assist with light garden maintenance tasks as part of our integrated home care service.

Key Responsibilities

Domestic Cleaning

- Perform thorough domestic cleaning including vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and dusting
- Assist with laundry, ironing, and linen changes as required by each participant's service plan




- Manage cleaning supplies and report stock requirements to your team coordinator
- Identify and report any household maintenance issues or safety hazards noticed during service visits

Qualifications

- Proven experience in domestic or commercial cleaning
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check
- Understanding of infection control and WHS practices
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Friendly, professional manner when working in participant homes
