Highland Meats is seeking skilled butchers to join our team. You will be responsible for boning and trimming beef, and ensuring products meet customer specifications. A strong focus on teamwork and adherence to health, safety, hygiene and quality standards is required.

Experience in butchery and knife skills are essential. You will report any non-conforming product to the Supervisor and contribute to effective production through collaboration.
