Hotel Illawong is seeking an experienced Chef to join our energetic team. You will work in a busy commercial kitchen across a variety of cuisines, delivering quality and innovative food under a Head Chef.

We require a minimum of 3 years in a skilled kitchen, a 5-day week across a 7-day operation, and a flexible, customer-focused approach with excellent grooming and presentation. Rotating roster Mon to Sun and approx. 38 hours per week.
