Hybrid Rentals is seeking a Tolls Compliance Assistant to join our team in a casual position based in Riverwood, NSW. This role is integral to ensuring our fleet operations remain compliant with toll and regulatory requirements. As a Tolls Compliance Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to manage and monitor toll obligations, helping to safeguard the company's operations and reputation. This is a casual position offering flexible working arrangements to suit your availability.

What you’ll be doing

- Monitoring and tracking toll transactions across the vehicle fleet to ensure timely payment and compliance
- Processing toll invoices and reconciling toll accounts with financial records
- Maintaining detailed records of toll compliance documentation and vehicle registration details
- Liaising with toll operators and relevant authorities to resolve any compliance issues or disputes
- Preparing compliance reports and identifying areas of potential non-compliance
- Assisting with the administration of fleet toll permits and related paperwork
- Supporting the coordination of toll account management and payment schedules
- Responding to enquiries from internal teams regarding toll-related matters

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience in an administrative or compliance support role, preferably within fleet management or transport operations
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple toll accounts and records accurately
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications,



particularly Excel for tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of Australian toll systems and regulations, or demonstrable willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external toll operators
- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining accuracy in a detail-oriented environment
- A methodical approach to problem-solving and resolving compliance discrepancies
- Valid Australian driving licence (desirable)
