About the role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team in multiple Cleaning positions on a casual basis. Based in Shearwater, TAS 7307, these roles offer flexibility and the opportunity to work within a dynamic cleaning services environment. Whether you're looking for supplementary income or flexible work arrangements, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a professional cleaning team. The work is varied, offering exposure to different cleaning environments and client needs, allowing you to develop a broad skill set in the cleaning industry.

Key responsibilities

- Performing thorough cleaning of residential and/or commercial properties according to client specifications and company standards
- Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively, ensuring proper maintenance of all tools
- Adhering to health and safety protocols and environmental guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals
- Inspecting cleaned areas to ensure quality standards are met before completing each job
- Managing time efficiently to meet scheduled appointments and client expectations
- Communicating professionally with clients regarding their cleaning requirements and any special requests
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damage observed during cleaning activities

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in cleaning services or demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results
- Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lifting and bending as required
- Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work flexibly around casual shift scheduling
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour when interacting with clients
- Ability to work independently whilst following company procedures and guidelines
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment or willingness to be trained
- Current driving licence and access to reliable transport to reach various job locations
- Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance or willingness to obtain one (if required for specific positions)
