Mercure Sydney Blacktown is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Part Time Commis Chef to join our team of hospitality professionals. You will work mainly the breakfast shift, preparing and serving food for the hotel buffet breakfast and for our all-day dining menu and Distrikt Cafe.

This role offers hands-on kitchen experience in a busy hotel workplace, with opportunities to develop breakfast service skills and contribute to guest satisfaction across buffet and cafe outlets.
