St Martin's Residential Aged Care is seeking a Support Services Worker (Cleaner) to join our team on a casual basis . In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming home-like environment for our residents.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services across allocated areas of the facility while respecting the dignity, privacy and independence of residents. You'll work closely with the wider team to support a positive resident experience and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.

Casual pay rates range from $28.52 to $31.19 per hour , depending on the applicable classification and experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Complete cleaning duties across allocated areas of the facility.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
- Follow infection control, WHS and organisational procedures.
- Safely use cleaning equipment, products and chemicals.
- Respect residents' privacy, dignity and personal space.
- Report maintenance, safety or cleaning issues to the appropriate team member.
- Work collaboratively with care, hospitality and support teams.
- Help maintain a welcoming, safe and home-like environment for residents.

Qualifications and Requirements

- A current National Police Check
- Certificate II or III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) or Similar




- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster including working on weekends and public holidays as required.
