Role Description

As a senior member of our technology team, you will:

- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
- Lead complex Salesforce projects across Nonprofit Cloud, participant management, service delivery, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and key business platforms, including workforce management and scheduling solutions.
- Work with platforms such as Skedulo, MAICA, Humanforce, AlayaCare, and other rostering and scheduling solutions to support frontline operations.
- Drive Salesforce DevOps maturity through GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing,



and release management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams to shape future solutions.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering excellence through code reviews, standards, and best practices.
- Help build a modern, scalable Salesforce ecosystem that supports organisational growth and innovation.

Essentials

- 8-10 years' experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce APIs
- Integration patterns and best practices
- Experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- Solid hands-on experience with:
- GitHub
- Pull Requests
- Branching Strategies
- Source Control Management
- Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using tools such as:
- GitHub Actions
- Azure DevOps
- Gearset
- Salesforce DevOps Center
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Administrator
